This PR adds the op
ggml_unfold_1dwith argumentskfor kernel size andsfor stride. This issue describes it a bit more: #866. The unfold is performed on the first dimension. Currently there is only a CPU version implemented but I will implement a GPU version shortly then remove the draft PR tag. This functionality is required for tortoise.cpp.
